As early as possible — ideally when you first decide to list. Earlier contact gives us more flexibility to align staging with your photography and launch dates, but we’re happy to discuss tighter timelines too.

Yes. Occupied staging works with your existing furnishings, adding accessories, artwork, lighting or select pieces where they make the biggest difference.
How much does staging cost?
Every property is different. Cost depends on the size of the home, the number of rooms staged, whether the home is vacant or occupied, and the length of the staging term. We provide a custom quote after learning about your property.
